International comparison of mid-term reduction target

In advance of COP 15, major emitting countries like U.S., China and India announced reduction target (mid-term: the year 2020). This report summarizes evaluations of mid-term target of major emitting countries with focusing on their reduction cost, thus would be a significant information in international comparison of reduction targets.
